SUMMER DETOX: HELP FLUSH FAT WITH THESE TWO FAT FLUSH WATER RECIPES

There’s never a miracle cure when it comes to fat loss. But you can make sure you’re eating right and drinking lots of water. When summer hits, we all want to look and feel our best. One rule of thumb is to stay hydrated and drink the recommed eight cups of water daily.
Here, we have included two different types of water that are said to not only help make your daily intake go down easily, but can also help flush your system of fat. Everyone from Dr. Oz and Kim Lyons, the original Biggest Loser trainer, are recommending this water to aid in fat loss and flushing out your system.
Ingredients
64 Ounces (8 cups) of filtered water
One Grapefruit
One Tangerine
One Cucumber
20 mint Leaves
Cut washed fruit into slices. Place fruit and mint leaves into a glass pitcher. Let ingredients steep in water overnight.
Why does it help flush fat? These are healthy foods with qualities that can be helpful during weight loss — peppermint helps with digestion, grapefruit contains an antioxidant flavonoid that can increase insulin sensitivity, tangerines are a rich source of vitamin C which stimulates the liver’s premier antioxidant (glutathione), and cucumbers have diuretic properties.
Cran Flush Water
Sounds simple, but this Cran-Water contains will also do the trick. Mixed only with water and pure unsweetened cranberry juice, you can sip on it throughout the day. It’s recommended that you drink about 8-ounce glasses of it daily.
Cranberry juice is a natural diuretic and packed with flavonoids, enzymes and organic acids such as malic acid, citric acid, and quinic acid which have an emulsifying effect on stubborn fat deposits in the lymphatic system. Drinking this daily will help flush out water weight, balance blood sugar, improve cellulite and keep you liver and lymph in optimum cleansing mode.

1 ounce 100% pure unsweetened cranberry juice (not the cocktail kind).
7 ounces water
Instructions
Mix water and unsweetened cranberry juice together in a large glass.
