Even if you get your brows professionally tweezed, you may not have the proper shape for your face. Take this test to determine where your brows should start, arch and finish.

Anastasia is the queen of brows. Based in Los Angeles, most of us don’t have the opportunity to visit her salon. But with her brow kit and pro tips, setting your brows straight is a breeze.

Whether you want to recreate the Anastasia brow shape at home or maintain the general upkeep of the brows after an Anastasia Brow Artist consultation, these stencils are the must-have for your beauty arsenal. Crafted of pliable plastic, these stencils are durable, easy to use and easy to clean.

Where your brows should be:

1. Before your next tweeze or wax, take your finger or eye pencil/brush and start by positioning it straight up from the center of your nostril. This is where your brow should begin.

2. Next, to determine where your brow should end, take the pencil and place the end of it on the center of your nostril to the outer corner of your eye. This is the point where your brow should end.

3. To figure out where your arch should be, once again place the pencil in the center of the nostril and place it diagonally crossing the center of your pupil.

If you find that your brows are off, you can literally transform them using one of Anastasia’s brow kits, until you grow them out. They will make a difference in your overall look and will make your eyes pop.

These kits are available in five shapes to suit any face shape:
Petite Arch – Recommended for small facial features
Slim High Arch – Recommended for brows in training, growth challenged, thin or sparse brows
Medium Arch – Recommended for brows with a softer arch that naturally creates less space between the bottom of the brow and the top of the eye
High Arch – Recommended for brows with a higher arch that naturally creates more space between the bottom of the brow and the top of the eye
Full Arch – Recommended for the fullest shape and larger facial features.

Once the stencil is in place, you simply fill it in with brow powder, two shades darker than your hair if you’re blonde and two shades lighter if you’re a brunette.

Available at Sephora.
